Masters crews will be placed according to their actual time, but the pennants will be presented to the crew with the fastest adjusted time.

A master is someone who has attained the age of 27 years or will attain this age during race year.
The WeHORR uses the updated Handicapping data for long distance races/heads as published by the British Rowing Masters Commission. These are explained further in the revised Veteran Handicap Operating Notes for Heads  received from British Rowing .  Should any competitor require further information  please contact British Rowing or the British Rowing Masters Commission.

SCHOOL/JUNIOR   OVERSEAS CREWS
The School/Junior event is open to both School & Club crews. Competitors representing their school must be in full time secondary education and under 19 on race day. Competitors in club crews must not have reached 18 by
1st September in preceding year of race.
Crews for this event may be coxed by an adult.
  Overseas crews are only eligible to enter Elite, Masters, School/Junior categories.
Overseas University crews are eligible to compete for the University pennant.
Irish crews shall be deemed to be overseas crews.
